I just wanted to say I really, really liked your post and take on the discussion. It was very observational and balanced (while honestly noting that you still have some position).

It is amazing just HOW rare it is to see a post like this when much of the
discussion occurring (at least in circles I read – BDD, TDD, DDD) has so much angst and self-confirmation of positions. I’ve grown to try to look past the form of expression to what is actually being expressed, but it was a nice surprise to see someone with enough self-realization to get that work done BEFORE posting

I haven’t read anything else you’ve written yet, but I’m hoping to see more
of the same, subscribing to your blog now
